Things to Know from A to Z

• Check-in: between 3:30 p.m. and 5 p.m. (5:15 p.m. tour of the farm, starting at the reception)

Please note that upon departure the apartment must be left "broom clean", which means:

• that the beds were stripped,
• Floor coverings vacuumed or swept,
• garbage cans are emptied (please ensure waste separation),
• the dirty laundry is collected in a pile and
• dishes or the kitchen are left clean

We will invoice additional expenses due to contamination separately in accordance with the applicable terms and conditions.

Info: Standard baby monitors are only partially suitable due to the size of our garden.

The Herzog Bakery offers a daily bread roll service. Orders can be placed until 5 p.m. the day before. Delivery takes place in the garden house at around 8 a.m.

The garden house is available to all guests and can also be used for breakfast and relaxing.

The event kitchen can be used on request. Please leave it and the seating in perfect condition after use so that all guests find them clean again.

If you wish, you can book breakfast with us. We serve this in breakfast boxes that are ready in the fridge in the garden house in the morning. Each breakfast box comes with a bag of fresh rolls. Includes 2 hot drinks per person.

Breakfast also available in vegan and vegetarian options.

When you arrive, you will receive the SEENLAND.CARD, from us, with which you can enjoy numerous benefits in the region.

In your apartment:

• two rolls of toilet paper
• one hand towel and one bath towel per person
• tea towel and dishcloth
• dishwashing detergent
• two dishwasher tablets
• two coffee capsules

In the laundry room:

• Free washing machine and dryer (excluding detergent)
• cleaning products
• Vacuum cleaner
• Broom
• wiper

Our farm has a natural pool measuring 8.5 x 5 m and with a depth between 0.9 m and 1.3 m. The natural pool is heated from April to October and unheated in winter.

After leaving the pool, swimming equipment and other objects must be removed from the pool as it closes and opens automatically.

Opening hours depend on the season and weather in summer from 7:30 a.m. to 10 p.m.

You must bring your own towels for the pool. When using the sun loungers, you must use a towel to protect the cushions.

Please separate your waste according to the following scheme:

• Paper
• plastic
• residual waste
• organic waste
• Glass

Disposal facilities can be found in the garbage shed.

Free parking is available in the front yard – please park your car according to the plan below.

We have one parking space per holiday apartment. If you are travelling in a group, we ask you to carpool or park your vehicle outside our yard. From April to October there is an auxiliary parking space available about 50 m away.

We offer a private spa with sauna, infrared panel, heat bench, whirlpool, rain/massage shower and relaxation area, which can be used free of charge. This is available for exclusive use upon reservation.

Reservation times: 9:00 to 11:00, 14:00 to 16:00 and 19:00 to 22:00

Our guests are required to activate the sauna themselves 30-45 minutes before use and to turn it off again after use. Our staff will be happy to show you how to do this. Please bring your own sauna towels.

Wi-Fi is free of charge.
